Frankly, I'm not sure why anyone does. People only want him because they go "KC's offense is great, therefore their OC must be great too!" Reid is the brains behind that offense. And they have Mahomes. No more Reid disciples, please. If I want an OC, I want one who coached a great offense under a defensive head coach, so you knew they were the brains. I don't see how Bieniemy is any different from Mike McDaniel in SF. It's Shanahan's offense. The more I think about Bieniemy and Kafka, the less I want either of them.
