Craig James is also hurt, which is no surprise. I would pencil in Jacquet for the roster, until he gets hurt.

Also the starters will play Thursday, so we can all see where Hurts is at in his development.

Was there any doubt that the starters were going to play??? I figured they would play the real question is how long???

In all honesty rather Hurts play more snaps then Flacco. Rather see lot of our younger starters get extra reps over some of the older guys.

Dillard walking to the Med tent Mailata who was already ahead and running away is about to lap Dillard in the competition

Kerrigan had thumb surgery set to be put a week to 10 days…

Another interesting note on our unofficial depth chart Howard is listed as the backup to Sanders… Scott is the 3rd RB

Then Gains Kerryon Huntley

"Sirianni later confirmed that he will be doing the play-calling for the offense and offensive coordinator Shane Steichen will be the one communicating with the quarterback, which frees up the head coach to talk to other people and make notes in between plays.”

Will be something to take note of during the preseason how much time will Hurts have at the line.

We knew the Pats cheat and do those things is why we wouldn’t give them the oppportunity this time around.

I got a kick out of the fake walk through.  Could only imagine all the work the Pats wasted preparing for those plays.

Another side note we have joint practices coming up with NE and NYJ will be good to see how our O and D does against other competition during practices after the Steelers game

Wallace and Dillard week to week with injuries sustained today. It's a shame because I wanted to see both guys in the preseason, but not a huge deal. It likely means a lot of Toth at LT and Epps at safety on Thursday.

It is definitely a shame for Wallace who had a chance to make an impact this year. I mean he still might but the preseason would have been good for him.

In a boot but listed as day to day. Been sounding like he’s been having a good camp though. Probably can’t play this first PS game but I don’t think that kills his chances.

From everything I read he is 6th at best. Behind Slay/Nelson/Zech/Maddox/Scott.

Seems to be battling Jaquett for possible final slot at CB and the injury isn’t going to help him I’d say he is behind Jaquett

Looking at the unofficial depth chart James seems to be 7th on the depth chart ahead of only possibly Seymour.

Starters- Slay/Nelson/Maddox

top backups- Zech/Jaquett/Scott

3rd strings- James/Seymour

Another lower tier roster move: Claimed WR Marken Michel off waivers and waived/injured WR Michael Walker.

So Reagor seems lined up for returns with Walker getting the boot.

He is the PR it seems like and Quez was listed as the KR.

For those curious saying Wentz is trending toward a week 1 return. Even if he isn’t back week 1 seems like good news he is healing quick

I read he was at practice without even a walking boot

It’s good news for us him playing. As long as he is healthy and not rushing back

Some players I will be watching tomorrow.

Tyree Jackson. Many people on here wanted Kyle Pitts because he would be a match up nightmare. Well, here's a bigger version of Kyle Pitts. He wasn't quite as fast as Pitts, but had a better vertical jump, three cone drill and 20 yard shuttle. He's catching everything in training camp and is going to dominate tomorrow because Flacco is going to look for him early and often because throwing to a TE on a hitch route is way less likely to get you killed than waiting for Quez Watkins to get open 40 yards down the field. His blocking will determine how soon we see him on the field, because his pass catching is apparently already there.

Kenny Gainwell. He didn't play last year, but if he had he might have been a day two draft pick. Can he pick up rushers? Can he run between the tackles? There's a backup job to be won on this team at RB. Gainwell could stake his claim tomorrow.

Brett Toth. With Dillard out, he is the only LT on the roster behind Jordan Mailata. He was bad last year, and I don't expect him to be appreciably better this year. But we will likely get our fill of him in the preseason. I wonder if the team will use someone else at LT tomorrow, like Pryor or UDFA Kayode Awosika. Awosika played LT in college bit has been working exclusively at LG. But perhaps they roll the dice on him?

Milton Williams. Can he step out of the crowd and win the DT3 job? If he can't outplay TY MGill and Hassan Ridgeway, I will be disappointed.

Shaun Bradley. He had a few really good plays last year. It will be interesting to see how he does.

Zech McPhearson. It is likely we will need someone to play snaps at outside corner this year. Zech is the favorite right now, but let's see how he does against decent wrs.

Elijah Riley. He will get a ton of snaps at safety. He was one of my favorites last year, and I am excited to see him out there. Andrew Adams is a fringe NFL player. Riley has to outplay him to climb up the depth chart.
