What's the point of promoting a WR who you don't think has NFL potential? I think they could easily stash at least 3 of those CB on the PS. Craig James showed more than any of them has so far and he's safe on the PS. No one is going to poach these guys. I'm saying exactly what you are. What's the point of playing guys with no potential or who have maxed theirs out? It was probably a Gannon move. Wilson played for Zimmer and was more acquainted with aspects of the scheme that Gannon was implementing. They knew he was a bad run defender, but had been a good pass coverage LB - unfortunately, that aspect of his game also went into free fall. One year deal on a rebuilding team. Nitpickers everywhere.
