Material losses...Nelson, McLeod.

Material additions...Riddick, White, Brown, Davis, Dean, Jurgens

Acquired a first rounder in 2023 and second rounder in 2024.

Free agency continues.  (We signed Nelson over the summer last year.)

Big picture folks.

And...

Hurts as RB  QB1

Strong has the best arm in this year's draft class.

You need legs too though. Doesn’t seem to have those or he’d be picked by now

He had a 5th and 7th to work with. What could he possibly have done? Traded his 5 for a 4?

If he stuck with the 5th rounder and took the Punter, he would have killed the draft even more. That trade back was kinda of dumb getting two players who more then likely wont be on the team in 2 years compared to drafting a starting player. Yes punters matter

Maybe, but unless his leg has to be amputated, you’d think a team would have pulled the trigger if he’s as talented as some believe.

If Howie took a QB, the controversy would have started.

They already have a backup.

This signals to me that it's Jalen Hurts or QB in round 1 in 2023.

Like Calcaterra a lot. Guy is a red zone beast.

He looks very good.  It's just the concussion history and questions about his commitment to football.

Damn, Keaontay Ingram went. I was really hoping for him as a UDFA.

A lot of names we like for UDFAs will be called before that period starts.

ZeQuandre White is still there...

I am assuming the DBs are going to be the priority UDFA signings

Could have took Jobe instead of another TE.

Wouldnt shock me if Hurts sucks in the first few weeks, Eagles trade for Jimmy G cheap to give him a shot.

Hey now, he has one leg!  :P   And I have repeatedly said the medicals on him must be bad.

It's the kind of pick you make...if you didn't blow your load 2 days ago.

he had 6 picks in the first 4 rds, we ended up with 4 players. I wouldn't say he killed it. I like the four players, and it's on pace with his hit rate 4 out of 11 or 12 depending how you want to slice it. ABout 30%

Sure. But he said Howie mailed it in today. He came into today with a 5 and 7. He's not a magician.

Yet he's been passed over 200 times, and by every single team.

Howie put himself in that position, that was his doing

Hurts has all the tools around him:

AJ Brown, Smith, Goedert as receiving options with Quez developing well

OL of Lane, Mailata, Kelce, Dickerson, Seumalo with Driscoll, Dillard, Herbig, Jurgens

RB group of Miles Sanders, Gainwell, with Scott as committee

He needs to take a big jump and lead a top-10 offense, or he’ll be gone

Yup.  Very true.  His lower half is the problem.

So we're just moving the goal post? That's not what we're discussing. That's a whole different thing.

Rece Davis has been complete garbage today. Borderline unwatchable.

Completely disagree. I thought he's been excellent. The broadcast has been way better today than the last two days.

I get it.  He looks like he could be a weapon if he can stay healthy.  Huge if though.

We need secondary help more than TE.

Looking forward to the preseason.

Let's see what QB1 can do.

Can't be worse than Trey Wingo.

This whole draft rests on Davis becoming a long term starter...playing 55-65% of snaps over the course of a season.  The NFL season is a lot longer than the college season, but if Davis can do that it excuses Howie blowing all his chips.
