Am I wrong?I thought so too

He said when he signed his last deal he was retiring when the contract was up. There were rumors he might reconsider it. This is new info that he wants too

July 22Jul 22 Nola just needs to be removed after you see him laboring at the end of the second time through. Hes not giving you against a good lineup more than 4

July 23Jul 23 11 minutes ago, Bwestbrook36 said:Ugh, winnable games too. It’s not just the result that is the issue. It’s the thought process to get to that result. Like you were fortunate in the fifth inning that he got through it with only giving up two runs. It could’ve been much worse. The Dodgers tend to feast the third time through the order. And nola tends to really struggle the third time through the order. So you have to be aware of that. The fact that he had a chance to take him out when Freddie Freeman hit the double and still left them in there to give up a home run it’s just even more more ironic. Like you can’t be that bad as a manager.
July 23Jul 23 They really need to be sellers. They are 5-16 against the top 4 teams in the NL. Just restock the farm system and build a new core. You aren’t winning with this one.
July 23Jul 23 I really don’t wanna be hyperbolic, but that was one of the worst managed games I’ve seen from a Phillies manager in a while. There’s been some over the years, but that one’s close to the top with how many bad decisions Mattingly‘s made. And this has been a problem this month and even in June. I wanted cotham over Mattingly to see what he could be. Mattingly is what he is. He’s not that good of a manager. He’s had these issues in the past
July 23Jul 23 Joe Girardi will be color commentator on Sunday night baseball this week. That should be interesting.
July 23Jul 23 Anyone hear both the Dodgers radio and TV crews mocking the Phillies base running blunders? If that isn't embarrassing, I dont know what is. Honestly, they deserve to be mocked and ridiculed.

So we’re going almost on a decade full of just dope base running decisions. They need a manager that can come in there when guys do something stupid like that and just bench them. Send a message. Because this has been going on for far too long and they just keep getting away with it.
