Greg Ward was a huge part of the offense finding traction late that season to win the division and make the playoffs. It was beyond that game winning TD catch but that was the signature moment he earned.

DeVonte Smith also credited him a ton during his rookie season for the leader Greg Ward was. It is fair to say that DeVonte Smith would not be the player he is today if not for Greg Ward.

Actually did. It played a huge part in them winning the division. Wentz then suffers a career altering concussion in the wild card game. Team then drafts Jalen Hurts in the second round. If Greg Ward doesn't make that catch then none of that happens.

Well, here is a sleeper RB. He has awesome backfield cuts. Unfortunately, I literally dont think he knows how to run so when he breaks away in to the open field he is slamming his feet in to the ground so flat footed and lacks the long speed. I wonder if a performance staff can break down his gait and correct some mechanics. Maybe even just getting him some orthotics helps him. I have a feeling you can make this guy faster.

I’d be OK with Iheanachor. It’s not ideal, but at least with him you can envision a world where he’s a pro bowl tackle by year 3 or 4. Figure he’s on the bench year 1, flashes as a starter year 2 but has moments where he shows he needs continued improvement, then in year 3 he’s more consistent.

It would be a risky boom or bust type of pick, but once you’re in the 20’s your not going to get a high floor high ceiling tackle in any draft class, and I’d rather roll the dice on a potential difference maker than some mediocre prospect with a higher chance of not being a total flop.

Any chance we can see an NBA style trade where the patriots make picks on draft day that end up included in the AJ trade on June 1st?
