FWIW, Greg Ward had one of, if not the worst usage to talent ratios of any WR in NFL history. He was completely unrosterable for every team in the NFL besides the Eagles and managed to get 130 targets over 3 years, mostly clustered into his second year.

He was a backup slot receiver and definitely overachieved. I wouldn’t hold that against him though. He was more valuable than Reagor and JJAW combined

Note Ward is still playing football, now in the UFL.

Such weird hate for a guy who established himself as the best WR on the team yet having the least natural talent. Yeah screw Greg Ward for his hard work and clutch play when thrown the ball. He had the game winning TD catch against the Redskins. He is an Eagles legend.

It's nothing personal against Greg Ward...it's just a scathing rebuke of the job the Eagles (Howie, if we are being honest) did in that era assembling WR talent.
