2022 the O was humming…2024 the O was horrid for almost half the season and Barkley did all the heavy lifting till the back half.

On a side note, Tommy Lawlor said he has cancer and just finished chemo and was feeling rough for a while but said he's feeling better now and is having surgery at some point soon.

If Hurts actually uses his legs, he’s an exponentially better QB than Love. In theory on paper we are better at every position. Love is lost on the field, Hurts isn’t. So ya…either it takes off and we go back to the SB and keep the cycle going or a trainwreck and Nick is gone. Anything in between solves nothing. The Pack were the team you wanted to see in the playoffs (well and the Eagles)…

The offense wasn't horrid. The offense was the run game. The passing game was not great.

I don't know who did. He's obviously a star however the Knicks also built the PERFECT team around him to hide and compensate for his flaws.

If the Sixers were a competent organization instead of a dumpster fire owned by a penny-pinching pedo, they could build a similar team around Maxey. Instead they'll waste his career via cheapness and incompetence like they did to Embiid, Iverson, Barkley, etc.

What "stud veterans" on offense did you expect them to bring in? I do have respect for people who aren't afraid to speak out. If I was part of any team oriented project whether it was sports or otherwise, and I thought one or multiple people in that group were objectively harming our potential to succeed or make a great product, I would not just sit there like a lump on a log and hold my tongue. It's not in me to do that. Maybe AJ was just pouty immaturity. Maybe it was also him feeling with everything in his being that our chances of success(or his) are being actively harmed by bad decisions and he just can't take it anymore. I can respect that. I'm more annoyed by him acting like he left a dumpster fire organization after being traded that was one of the most successful teams in sports over the last 5 years. That is annoying and weird. I never cared about him speaking up though while he was here. And of course his concerns proved valid.

It's fine to speak up, but dirt laundry is washed at home. If you're just complaining like a child with cryptic messages, that's not good communication. If you're leaking stuff about your teammates (allegedly), you're being an a-hole. Speak up, but with assertiveness.

The 2021 Eagles in Hurts and Sirianni's first year together where really the only skill players worth mentioning were rookie DeVonta Smith, Greg Ward, first year starting Goedert, Miles Sanders and rookie Gainwell. That offense finished 12th in points and 14th in yards.

Even you would have to agree that the 2025 offense is more talented than that 2021 Eagles offense. The one area you could say is a definite downgrade from that 2021 offense is the offensive line. Still with that stated you can then have reasonable expectations that this offense can be just as good if not better than that 2021 offense now without the worst OC in the league and worst for the Eagles this century.

The huge edge that the Eagles offense will have next year that everyone should be talking about is that the opposing defense will have zero film to go on and will not be as simple to defend. The creativity and the element of surprise I'm sure will be a factor. The 49ers made 2-3 plays that were creative and outright trickery in that playoff game. This is no longer a high school offense that will be easy to read in pre snap. Just not going to be a cakewalk keying in on what they are doing.

Also, Wicks's knowledge of the offense should speed the learning process up here and his run blocking abilities will be an added element to the WR corps that AJ gave you absolutely nothing in that phase last year. Packers fans rave about that part of his game. Yes, the newness can be a little clunky, but think they can work through that because Bigsby and Barkley should keep things afloat at first with the running game. By November, I expect this offense to look much improved from what we saw in January and more balanced.

No, I never said that. I've expressed many concerns about the offense, but there's also optimism. We don't know yet what it will be like truly until we see it.

20 new OCs, 17 of which will be play callers. In the NFCE, three of those. Also 3 new DCs. Adjustments abound for a lot of teams. Even without replacement refs, I suspect there will be a sloppy start to the season throughout.

People rage quit Madden 10 years ago. Not because of the opponents, but because EA has stopped upgrading their games and people got sick of buying the same BS every year. Madden sucks and it's a ripoff cash grab. Anyone who still buys it full price is a sucker.

I love that the Eagles continue the playground build as a spring teambuilding exercise.
