The offense will more than likely be substantially better than last season. Barring major injuries - this team is currently a SB contender - without question.

Look at the compensation packages in the proxy statement the next time you go to vote on an "advisory” compensation statement annually. A significant portion of the CEO’s compensation includes stock (only a few million in salary - Bezos takes $80k in salary). Capital gains taxed at less that income. I rarely vote yes on the compensation packages. Look at the directors they want us stockholders to anpprove and they are all retired (or not even retired) senior executives or CEOs. Not a single worker. When I looked at the proxy statement for Exxon a couple of months ago, the CEO salary ratio for,the CEO to the average worker was $958:1. I don’t blame the taxpayers for balking. Look at all the teachers that are fixing to be layed off in Philly. Potholes fixed. SEPTA needs to update its system. Etc. But the folks in IL are blamed for putting common citizens needs over paying for a billion dollar stadium and then renting it cheap. Buffoons? You’ll find those across the border in Indiana.

His entire coaching resume is one year as a QB coach. Hard to imagine teams lining up to hire him as an NFL head coach after one season; he's still in his early 30s.

Lemon was the nations top receiver (Biletnikoff award winner). He had like 3-4 dropped passes his whole career at USC. He's got top tier hands. Stowers had 5-6 dropped passes in 2 years at Vanderbilt and was the nations top TE (Mackey award winner). Stowers is roughly 6'4" with an 80" wingspan and a 45" vertical. That translates to always open. They are about as sure handed as rookies can be coming in the door. Both have some other worldly skill sets.That said, the NFL is a different beast. Stowers is probably going to be the hardest to get on the field. He's probably better off lining up as a slot or as a second tight end in 12/22 personnel. The biggest ding on him is blocking and it can be hard to get on the field when your presence is a tell.
