I can't recall any blitzes last night and Dak has struggled against it the last few games.Vic almost never blitzes. He only calls them up in very particular situations or to mix it up a little. He is a maintain your position and fundamentals and rush 4 guy. We just don't have the right 4 right now.

Brian Flores should be on the top of their list.Wonder how they feel about Mannion. Sure, he has had his growing pains but they definitely showed improvment last night. I know some might mock it but I like that he took the initiative this past week to make everyone on O accountable in a group setting. The FO thought so highly of him when they brought him in so idk if they would try to keep in the building even with a coaching change.Fixing the offense won’t be helped by hiring Flores. That’s the mission.
October 27Oct 27 Flores would be a terrible choice. He can run a defense but he's not a "leader of men". This is the same guy who kept telling Tua they should have drafted Herbert and sued the league when he got fired from his job.

Offensive and defensive schemes there arent as intricate or complex as NFL ones are and I think he'd be more relatable with younger college kids.

It's kind of a cornerstone of this franchise, that we've moved off of recently.Trading AJ a year earlier than planned certainly impacted plans. For me, TE has been a priority for 2 or 3 years, but the team, less so. But regardless, the cliff edge with Lane was clearly coming and Bell could be the solution. But the overall plan shows what a mess things have been where we have an inconsistent roster construction in place

I love Vic, but I don't agree with how he handles the DT rotation.Byron Young played a lot last night and was dreadful. I don't care much for Ty Robinson but I would give him a shot over Young at this point. Even Gabe Hall on the PS. I don't know if Davis gave a lack of effort or he just isn't very good. He doesn't seem to be a lack of effort kind of guy but he is much worse than last year.

Fangio will be here next season, he's already informed the team he'll be back next year, but Schwartz could be 2028.Vic sure did say he was going to be back for multiple years didn't he? That's pretty reasonable thing to expect him to be back bext year. I wouldn't assume anyone would randomly argue with you about that

It's similar but not the same.I’d argue that Seattle’s head coach is very good at implementing his defense and maximizing his defense. Our head coach does not call plays. Is not a great Xs and Os coach to begin with and before the year made switches from the offense he came up through the coaching ranks with. Sirianni is more of a CEO coach than the Seahawks. Macdonald doesn’t run the offense but he does more than just CEO HC

Go before you're hated , run Charlie!
October 27Oct 27 I'd much rather hire an offensive HC and then get someone like Dan Quinn to run the defense. Quinn might not be good as a HC but he can certainly run a defense. Problem is they will hire someone we never heard of or never expected as HC. Thats pretty much been the theme going back to hiring Reid.

They need an offensive coach for QB stability or you'll end up with the same crap we have been dealing with since 22.

Didn’t watch game and he had a terrible rep against Lawrence which would be the pressure but seems like he held up in pass blocking. Definitely a natural centre and not a guard. Their running game was crap though.

But they had insiders and beats talk about his coaching in general. It was not flattering for him either. based off of what a couple of the beat writers and people who were close to the situation, he had a bunch of issues with players and treated guys poorly. He was kind of a Dbag even if he proves dolphins and the nfl were discriminatory

October 27Oct 27 My vote is offensive minded HC as well. Then losing an OC to a HC position wouldn't hurt as much
