September 23Sep 23 @Know Life i think this week we should do either rookie of the year or Ferris buehler’s day off as the gif

On the other hand, Tank gets yards that aren't there more often. Part of this is solved with just more Tank in the game and going with more of a 2 RB rotation.Um, no. Shipley has gotten more snaps because he's earned them. Clearly a better receiver and pass protector and his runs have been every bit as effective as Tank's. What will make the run game more effective is better blocking.

Passing downs give me Shipley. I'm a fan of less Barkley at this point and trying something else. Even the Chiefs take Walker out and put the rookie in and it has worked quite well. Have not struck the right balance yet. Eagles have to decide if they are more of a passing team at this point, then yeah Shipley is in there some. I do believe as this offense evolves and figures things out, we will see a lot of different guys used in different situations. Mannion uses a lot of guys in all groups.

But after about a dozen years of Eli Manning sitting in the pocket and somehow NEVER missing ANY time because of injury...and somehow winning two Super Bowls which will likely get his "average to good but not great" ass into the Hall of Fame, maybe just maybe the Giants were due to start experiencing life the way the other thirty-one teams do every year.

September 23Sep 23 Jalen Hurts not a top 20 QB right now according to QB Power Rabkings by The Athletic.

I used to bring it up last of the pederson era and into the beginning of sirianni era. Shipley is good in pass pro and allows you to be running or passing given the down and distance.

Tank averaged 5.9 yards per carry last season with a shiddy OL, so gets you more consistent grinding out type yardage that we are missing right now. Doesn't dance as much.

I’d actually argue Allen has been the best not sure it’s close. Hurts has also been better than stroud, Watson, nix, Rodgers, jones, cam, geno, wentz and Herbert at minimum. If i was doing top 5 just on this season (2 games): 1. Allen 2. Mahomes 3. Purdy 4. Shough 5. Young

The 2nd game was much more in structure*** but with 2 INTs. I don't think either way is a sustainable way to win against good teams. The structure should be running the ball, using PA and spreading the field more horizontally - I don't think we seen much of that yet, but it's a marathon not a sprint.

After getting over the AJ drama and how well the locker room vibes feel now, I say stay away. Maybe he flips the switch, but I hate players who have that in their DNA.

It’s absurd he’s not. He has made up for a pedestrian run game and an oline having issues. I have no clue how Daniel jones is 9 and he’s been eh. Jones has basically been ok and Jonathan Taylor has been fantastic
September 23Sep 23 This is why stats nerds usually need to get their eyes checked and watch the game. Hurts has been impressive, given the context of surrounding turmoil on team. Been the one rock. Literally carried team on his back and won first 2 games. I want to know who comes up clutch to win a game? Not empty stats.

September 23Sep 23 Fangio said that Greenard isn't fully ready yet with conditioning and still needs catching up to do so if he plays he's expected to be on a snaps limit for a while. Meanwhile Jaelen Phillips is off to a good start in Carolina because Howie refuses to sign guys midseason.
