Watched the interview.  I can already tell I am going to have an irrational affinity for Milton Williams.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

The Cowboys drafted a 6-7th round pick at pick 99.

We did the same thing last year with Davion Taylor lol.

That was after taking a 5th round talent with Golston earlier in the 3rd.

Was it depressing last night how he got Devonta Smith AND a first round pick for a 3rd next year and Pitts/Chase were off the board before 6 as it turned out.

It wasn't for a 3rd next year.

But the 6th round is where Howie works his magic.

49ers select Ambry Thomas, CB

It just keeps getting worse.

Because as he said, you can trade those later picks and they had several players with similar grades available to him. The world knows, some people just don’t listen when they’re told.

I know what Howie said.  Thanks.   But, if Howie can trade those later picks acquired by trading draft picks, it does go to reason that he could also trade any picks garnered by trading Ertz, no?  So, Ertz could still be traded during this draft.

I'm still not a fan of Smith.  He was the WR I liked least.  Ideally, I would have rather stayed at 12, kept 84 and traded down in the 1st.  I don't hate the Smith pick, just not the direction I would have gone.

I would have been happier moving down to 20ish and taking Greg Newsome.

trill and tay, Wade, Taylor

4 nice CBs and we arent too many picks away when the draft starts back up tomorrow. We are ok

You go ahead and keep looking for reasons to hate.

Thanks.   It's fun watching Howie celebrate by himself.

Lol

Weidl seemed to ignore Howie while in conversation with Lurie, the analtics guy was grinning ear to ear, Donahoe was grumpy.  Only Howie and the analytics guy seemed to be celebrating.

I like the Milton Williams pick but it bugs me that the football guys in the room didn't seem to and the accountant and analytics nerd were ecstatic.

Dude.   We’re talking about weird Avatars and players moms.  I’m sure you can kill the spoiler tags by now.

At least the women are legal age tonight

LMAO, yeah that totally changes the point I'm making. I'm dyslexic ****, I meant to say a first next year for a 3rd.

We have the ability to move up with a million crappy picks tomorrow.

And then another CB run starts and we do something else dumb.  I hate this draft.

Any talented former first round picks that we could take on as salvage projects by dangling five 6th round picks to a team?

I really like the Lions draft? It's logical and totally fits the personality of Dan Campbell.

Another crap team ready to pull ahead  of us

Ya doesn't change anything but just pointing out we still have our 3rd next year.  It was for the Colts 3rd this year that we got in the Wentz trade.

Sure would be nice if we had our own fourth round pick...

Howie, 6th round picks, Roseman will bring it home in the end

I know man. I told you I have Dyslexia. I had crap turned around when I typed it.

yep. Cox, and 2 CBs (one being Wade with safety versatility) would be nice.

Id really like Shaka Toney later too. We are in need of some fastballs in the DE room.
