We’re just lucky that Ben’s not playing.

Hard to tell if he’s out there or not. Guess the Nets FT % will tell the answer.

Memphis in 7. These two teams stink.

What? 5 of the Top 35 players on the floor.

They are playing average basketball.

The top players on both teams weren’t even the difference makers this game.

If Giannis is out for a couple games in this heat series they could be in trouble. However the bucks have great depth. When your bench consists of portis, ingles, crowder, Carter, Matthews, connaughton, dragic and beauchamp that’s pretty nice.

also a blow to Miami to lose Herro to a broken hand

How dumb are the Nets to keep trying that damn lob that isn’t working? They have to be like 1 for 7 on them already this series.

harden’s dumb@$$ screen and melton running into bridges the sixers actively trying to lose this game.

Doc is really clueless when it comes to adjustments. There’s been no adjustments to what Vaughn is doing with the double on embiid. Just hoping your team shoots lights out every game isn’t a game plan to combat that. It is a good way to lose games in this series cause he’s too Fing dumb to make the adjustments.

JFC.  I'm not an "Embiid needs to be in the post all the time" guy but when the other team is playing 5 midgets against him, you have to put him in the post.

The issue is they send a double every time and sometimes it’s early and sometimes late. Doc being the head coach you’d think would figure ways to counter that to get embiid open. Instead doc literally just watches it routinely occur and thinks the sixers are just gonna make 21 threes every night.

Somehow only down 5.

Nets going to be a problem moving forward. They need a lead guard, a younger Mike Conley

This is on Harden (and Doc obviously). Not much Embiid can do when the Nets are sending the entire defense at him all night. Harden's supposed to be your second "star", he needs to make the Nets pay for overplaying on Embiid. He just hasn't been getting it done. If it wasn't for Maxey they'd be down big right now.

Harden can’t stop turning it over either. He’s been awful like he was last playoffs in this game. Problem with doc is the nets started with the double game 1 and made more adjustments about when they were gonna send the double in the game. Doc has yet to counter. Like just banking on your team shooting a ridiculously high percentage isn’t an adjustment. It just shows how inept he is that a first year head coach has basically taken an mvp in embiid out of this game offensively and doc has no clue how to counter besides just hoping guys shoot lights out

Ball movement has been much better this half.

Some coaches just don't adjust. Him and Bud, I guess just trust their stuff

The issue really becomes when they get to the Celtics/better teams. probably can get away with it against the nets. Because the nets aren’t good enough to beat you in a seven game series.  The issue becomes when you get to the Celtics they’re going to do what Vaughn has shown to slow down embiid with the double and forcing him into being a passer and force everybody else to beat you. It’s a smart game plan.

The difference between the Celtics and nets is the Celtics offensively are much better than the Nets so they can put up the points as sixers have some bad matchups on that end of the floor. Add on better defensively as well. if you take away embiid then other guys have to really step up.  The Celtics are likely going to eliminate you and probably five or six games if embiid is scoring 8 points in a half (10 in 24 mins) and we need harden, maxey, Harris to have big games. So there has to be an adjustment to get your mvp going because i don’t see the sixers surviving a Celtics series just hoping our shooting is good enough over a 7 game series

Celtics are the better team with ability to play different ways with Robert Williams, White, Brogden, and Grant Williams to be a body.

4th quarter is important because we will see  Harden playing on one day of rest. Nets were already were hunting him in the 3rd. How is the Achilles?
