Considering how close he's seemingly been to retirement the past few off seasons, I can't imagine he'd want to pack up shop and go play for Tampa for a year. He got his ring so he doesn't have to chase one. I think from an organization perspective it makes sense, but from a fan/player perspective, it would be horrible. I think you're right that Kelce would have a say but I don't think he woud be adverse to the potential of playing for a Super Bowl contender.
August 15, 20223 yr Trading Seumalo or Dillard are the only OL that make sense to trade. Both are UFAs at the end of the year. Dillard won't start and our backup Gs can play well enough. I'd personally trade Seumalo just because I don't trust him to stay healthy.

I don't like to make assumptions about people's motivations. Certainly not enough to ban a person from a venue. It just sets a terrible precedent, honestly. That you allow a small band of trolls to take a word or symbol hostage. You're giving them power that way. Basically, if motivated, a few hundred crazy people could come together and start using any word or symbol in a negative way and if it becomes "associated with extremists" then we must ban it! That's exactly what happened, except it wasn't a few hundred it's was thousands of alt righters and white power hate groups that co opted this sign. First in an attempt to troll " snowflake libs" which spread like wild fire until every neo NSDAP in the US was in auspiciously flashing this sign. Circle game the circle has to be below the waist. I didn't make the rules.🤷♂️ The cubs fan In the pic his hand isn't below his waist Like I said he either sucks at the circle game or he's a sloppy racist.

With Seumalo it’s more so his pass blocking has always been inconsistent. Luckily we’re one of the few teams that will run 60% of the time.

You're right that it's an over reaction and a reaction is exactly what the trolls that decided to use the OK sign as a sort of racist call sign want. They want the sign associated with them because if nothing else it provokes a reaction. We can't know the person's motivation. On the other hand, if the Cubs want someone banned from the stadium it's not a matter of free speech or expression. It's a matter of what they want to do.
August 15, 20223 yr Speaking of OL... This franchise needs to find a way to keep and/or clone Stoutland. The guy is the best in business.

Arguably Center is the deepest position on the team with Jurgens, Dickinson and Seumalo all having experience at the position. Do you think Howie would not consider a 2nd day pick for Kelce? Bruh, I said they would turn down Tampa's entire 2023 draft pick package and you come at me with a Day 2?
August 15, 20223 yr Of all the Reagor trades, the one I like the most is for James Robinson. They have Travis Etienne, while we need a RB with power (despite the torn achilles). Their WR depth chart is bad as ours. For reference, Laquon Treadwell is in their top 4.
August 15, 20223 yr Getting anything for JJAW is a win, but if Pete Carroll doesn't like a DB...he's not good.
August 15, 20223 yr 3 minutes ago, ManuManu said: Howie! I don't know why any GM picks up the phone when Howie is on the other end, he's going to fleece you. JJAW isn't worth a half eaten Philly cheese steak Though in Seattle that umbrella will come in handy.

August 15, 20223 yr I think Amadi is a nickel/S type. I remember Solak being high on him for some reason.

In a country of 335 million, a few thousand is nothing. Thousands of people believe the earth is flat. I say let them do their thing and ignore them and their "symbols" that's the best approach. Maybe he just wanted to flash a symbol on TV out of spite to stick it to people who think it's bad and it was a total coincidence the reporter standing there was black? I have no idea why he did it, but that's precisely the point of why you don't need to draw conclusions. It serves no purpose.
August 15, 20223 yr Just now, Swoop said: Speaking of OL... This franchise needs to find a way to keep and/or clone Stoutland. The guy is the best in business. I think the clone isn't an ideal solution. I mean Stoutland probably has less than 10 years as a coach. So best case scenario is that they cloned him 7 seasons ago and he's super smart and off to college early at age 17. That still leaves him 4 years in undergrad playing division 3 football as a LB. Again, since he knows his career maybe he's able to graduate early in 3 years. Stoutland had about 29 years of college coaching experience before joining the Eagles in 2013. Again, since he knows his future maybe it's more like 20 years for him before he's ready. So by my calculations we're talking 2055 before Clone Stoutland is ready.
