I don’t blame Hurts for much in this one. Goeddert fumbled grant it there was a no face mask call, Brown gave away an INT, and Watkins fumbled. Overall Hurts had a decent game. Things out of his control are what hurt them.

I'm not sure I'd say decent game but he wasn't bad and he wasn't the reason why we lost. I think you'd like more especially with the game on the line but others let us down tonight. AJ didn't show up. Quez with the fumble. BG with the bad foul at the end that effectively ended the game. 

The D desperately needs Davis back.

To be fair they only had the ball for maybe 25 minutes of 60 😂

The difference: I’d say the secondary and AJ. I’m not impressed with Kyzir. Reddicks been good though. And yes, Gannon is a problem because he doesn’t adjust well, he’s stubborn and risk averse. However you and I both watch this team routinely miss tackles or allow offenses to push them around at times. Nothing like tonight though. They were brutal. That’s not Gannon.

Yeah they did and a lot of that was on the defense. Some of it on not calling a lot of run plays in the first half too.

It would be smart to lower your expectations.  I doubt this team ends up the #1 seed, and this defense would be eaten alive by most of the NFC playoff teams.

I agree to a large extent. But I just don't think Gannon is going to change or adjust because I'm not sure he can. He's not very creative and he's not very aggressive and that's not going to change. We saw it last year and we have seen it this year. Missed tackles is an issue no doubt and that's not on him so much. But his scheme sucks.

We'll still go 14-3 and #1 seed. I think it stops there with a loss to the 9ers.

I'm still hopeful and I still like our chances but yeah I'm not expecting the #1 seed at this point. Unfortunately I think we lose on Sunday against Indy and then we will be in a tough spot in terms of getting the #1 seed. We have 3 road games coming up soon and that's going to make it hard for us.

Agreed. Play offs is almost a lock at this point. Another win or two and it'll be a lock. Looking at the schedule though after a loss it does look a little tougher than before.

They never really got penetration. Good teams are going to take a page out of the Eagles book and run the ball 40-50 times. Shame the Eagles didn’t establish the run themselves this game although it isn’t like they had the ball that much.

But part of the reason they didn't have the ball that much was because they didn't run the ball and sustain drives. First 2 drives were TDs and then it was punts and turnovers for a few drives.

Yeah they better find a fix soon. The Texans exposed the Eagles run defense and the Commanders completely exploited it. The Eagles can’t score if they don’t have the ball.
