Took everyone long enough!The frustrating thing is that they’ll probably play nearly 2 weeks of .500 ball (a dramatic improvement) thanks to the schedule. People can criticize Topper all they want, but he’s not the problem. This team is awful and, ideally, everyone can glance squarely at DD once they lose enough post Topper.

Crawford on pace for 20. Bohm on pace for 66. Garcia on pace for 41. Point out Garcia has 3 more RBI and also played 6 more games than Stott and hits in the middle of the lineup. Turner playing 6 more games has 5 more rbi.Sadly marsh current pace is to be 2nd on the team

April 29Apr 29 Really annoyed by the DD PC and the questions he fielded. He kept reiterating that the talent is good, the guys aren't too old, and they are just capable of better and underachieving. He even doubled down on not being worried about Nola. This is the guy holding the keys to the franchise from a personnel standpoint...not Andy Reid just protecting his players. It's delusional.Someone needed to ask if there was a plan to deconstruct the roster and what futility thresholds needed to be hit for him to move forward with it.

The issue is even if they get themselves back to .500 and then play good baseball, they have to stay healthy. The odds an older team when in the past hasn’t exactly stayed healthy stays healthy to go on that type of run is probably not very likely.
