Podcast ranks Hurts as QB #11

If that's the case then we are in good shape with the rest of the offense.  #11 QB in the world.. . With this supporting cast....we should have a dominant offense!

From all my so deep and thorough investigations(actually just took one peak at Over the Cap) I find we are paying him over 21.5 mil on our 2024 teams salary cap. That makes him BY Far our highest paid player according to official salary cap dollars we are spending on our 2024 Philadelphia Eagles squad.

Funny how even the Hurts Hater makes the mistake of referring to the rest of our players as Hurts supporting cast. Very telling of just how forced your agenda has become.

Upset paying to lose our best player on D?That just seems obvious. But then if we already are making decisions to go the rebuild route and get younger…then why bring in a 30 year old after? Doesn’t make much sense. Not until we had injuries effect and change our situation. We already have BG. Personally and selfishly is really love to see him go out with a bang having a good season. It’s so clearly his last year. So ride him until the wheels fall off this season. This all just comes second to developing our young core. Grow a team we can build on in the future

Dude... You didn't watch the Eagles defense last year.   Reddick was no where near the best player on D in 2023. But you do this.

You fall in love with a player for one year...then that's it. He can do no wrong.  You ignore all the reports about him as a selfish player, looking to get his stats...etc.

2022 was one fluke year for Reddick...in the impact of making big plays.  Getting a sack basically every other game with one turnover all season ...not doing much vs the run.   That's not your best player.

We aren't paying him anything  He will earn zero dollars from the Eagles.

Still zero acknowledgement over coaching and playcalling…much less the obvious synergy that any O is tied to the performance of their D. Which is just glaring red flag of such a lack of a quality understanding of how the game of football works. Just like how you have held steadfast in how we actually won out one Lombardi was based solely on superior personnel. Completely watched the whole magical experience u gold in front of your eyes and missed the absolute beauty that transpired and contributed to making it such an incredibly unique experience.

Why is that a mistake?   The QB has his supporting cast...that's how it works.

Are you saying there aren't 10 guys that wouldn't do extremely well as the 2024 Eagles QB?    Lol.

He averaged almost a sack every game in his two years he played for us. Yes he started last year with an injury. Pretty much contributed to him not locking down more than one early season sack. But sacks just isn’t the only metric to judge by. If it was his what 35 sacks in like 38 games can’t even be reasonably argued against. I didn’t witness a selfish player. Looked like the opposite to me. He so clearly was a top ten defensive playmaker in 2022. So he massively outplayed his contract. At his age….and after such an absolutely brilliant 2022 season…there is no better leverage and negotiating position a player, especially him, would have been in. Selfish and all you allude to against him would have been the obvious if him forcing a raise…or some contract reworking to reflect his production in 2022. Instead he sucked it up. Heard early on before the 2023 season he understood how much he was underpaid. A blind fan that barely follows the game could easily have understood how underpaid he was. Not just random BS production either. Not grabbing multiple sacks in the fourth quarter of a blowout. Not that fluff stats you ate up with Gainwell racking up in the fourth quarter of the giants blowout victory after their team had completely given up. Reddick made the biggest most important play of our 2022 season. Not even arguable! He crushed Purdy and ended the Niners chances in that NFC Championship game. Our whole 2022 season was destined to be defined by just beating the Cowboys…then beating our only real NFC competition in the Niners. Niners were so clearly the only team that could challenge us and keep us from reaching the SB. I believe we could have won without Reddick’s huge play. Reddick made the crushing sack that eliminated Purdy from having any chance at being effective to stop out SB run. He sacked him…took him out. Wasn’t really a team effort. Wasn’t our whole Dline converting on Purdy. Wasn’t coverage forcing him to hold the ball. Wasn’t some other pass rusher forcing Purdy into Reddick. He single handed provided a lightning fast pass rush and crushing legal blow to Purdy that punched out SB to ticket.

He should have held out and forced us to give him a raise. At least forced added incentives. But instead Reddick made like one mention of how he so clearly was massively underpaid then bit his lip last season. I didn’t hear any talks or show of him holding out. Would have been completely understandable with such overwhelming leverage for any player at 29 to force his way to grabbing his huge payday. Most any player would have. Heck business wise it was the clear cut smart move. Instead Reddick sucked it up and played his butt off. Didn’t hear one peep from him about being disgruntled over Rosie hard balling him and ripping him off. Reddick instead did the total opposite of what you accuse of him. He showed how trusting he was in our organization. He wanted to be an Eagles more than anything else. He wasted his massive leverage of having such a dominant playmaking season that was highlighted by the highest of highs delivering us to the SB in our biggest most important victory of our year.

Then even after losing his leverage displaying his unselfish professional behavior to prove his all out bleeding Eagles green….he even balked at the idea of Rosie telling him he had to look for a trade partner this offseason. Was so very clearly never his idea. This player didn’t force his way off our team being selfish. His reward for just wanting a reasonably fair market consideration after sucking up last year unselfishly to remain a part of our franchise was a stiff boot in the arse.

Our whole team fell off. Kelee Ringo is the only player I could even argue performed better at the end of the season. No idea how you can even try to seperate and single out Reddick in that situation?

Reddick was clearly our best defenders both seasons he was here. Some how you even try to knock his production some how. Which was 35 sacks(just from memory) in 38 games played. Unbelievably incredible production!

Your constant witch hunt to blame Hurts and now you so clearly proving your only agenda based opinion by trying to knock Reddick just closed any case of you providing any objective opinions. Get your head out of your butt and just face reality …FOR ONCE! It was Rosie that screwed up and created the situation. So much more than any other individual.

Rosie screwed up and messed around all over trying to keep his DC he was such a huge fan boy of in Gannon. From the start Gannon was the main reason Rosie chose to hire Siri to begin with. But Gannon completely screwed  him…and all us fans over so hard. Gannon so obviously was completely distracted going into that SB. His job performance in the SB was beyond pathetic. Just doesn’t take much of any intelligence to link together how he was preparing for his new dream HC job in Zona instead of winning the biggest game of his career for us. He dropped the ball.

Your first sentence... " in the 2 years"

Last year... 2023... he wasn't that guy.  Forget 2022. That's your issue....you can't get 2022 Reddick out of your mind.  Last year he wasn't that guy.  And the new DC obviously didn't want him.

I need to visit this planet some time.... maybe during a stressful wedding?

But Rosie kept trying to force and convince Gannon to return for 2023. Already had Fangio in place to take over. Already had set things up with great foresight understanding that Gannon was only here as a short term rental. Educated guessing would easily lead a guess that Rosie tried to use his tampering evidence to blackmail Gannon. Rosie laying how how he had the evidence to nail this scandal on Gannon for talking to Zona about his new job. All while disgustingly he was ignoring his duties for us. In the biggest game of his coaching career. In our franchise changing moment. Rosie not just went the blackmail nasty route….no…he didn’t shame Gannon as being distracted and uncovered or properly prepared for the SB. He offered him a raise. Rosie had figured he could offer more pay than the HC gig to retain Gannon some how. All that stupid planning and decisions Rosie made …JUST FOR ONE MORE YEAR RENTAL OF GANNON. We all knew when Siri was hired Gannon was on the fast track to his own HC gig. Totally expected. Went so far as even had brought Fangio in and set the replacement up a year in advance understanding all this.

List the players that had more sacks and pressure rate than Reddick’s over the last two seasons? Yes of course I reference the last two seasons. You know…the two seasons Reddick played here for our team. Reddick was absolutely fantastic as an Eagles. Wasn’t just some mercenary either. Reddick chose and wanted tp he an Eagles more than any other team.

No way to honestly know how Reddick and Fangio’s relationship was and would have been. Rosie screwed up last year having Fangio coach Reddick. Which was the number one reason for Reddick not having more dominating stats you are trying to use against him. But we’ll never know. Rosie already had planned on using Reddick and not paying up on him and shipping him out this season instead of coughing up the extra dough to retain him. That decision was already made before 2023 season began…in Rosie’s mind. Fangio would have really faced a huge confrontation with Rosie beating the table to try and change Rosie’s plan. It was speedy decided. Don’t even pass the decision off on Fangio. Rosie would have already been on working out some reasonable agreement with Reddick if he remotely was considering keeping him and extending him. Rosie decision…I’m 2023 offseason…results just appeared on the decision this offseason.

You have to delete the 2022 season Reddick laid forth for our franchise. It was absolutely a brilliant campaign.  The fact you can’t even try to discuss this player that was only here for two seasons by including one if the seasons just shows how pathetic your agenda based sad attempt at reasoning really is.

Reddick’s completely dominated as arguably the second best defender in the league. The fact he made the biggest play in the entire NFL season by single handedly sack injuring Purdy to punch our SB ticket had to be eliminated from any discussion by you trying to downplay Reddicks worth and production. He dominated all season…but not just that…made the biggest play in our biggest season victory!

Anything you can come up with to deflect blame from your agenda of glorifying Rosie. Rosie created our coaching situation all along. Totally his decision to create the whole mess he manifested. He got all butt hurt and screeecaround with his love affair just to rent Gannon one more season after that coach so clearly screwed  us. D would have been better under Fangio than Desai. But even if you play dumb and ignore everything transpiring behind the scenes….he still could have selected in house quality candidate Dennard Wilson. But instead lost him too. Went to lead Ravens Secondary to completely dominate in his one season there before he got his most obvious and deserved own DC job.
