Nothing like announcing a series is starting at 1 am the day before. WTH. Rest and rehab day? Nah, travel day! NHL is run by idiots.

Pretty even assessment of Hurts here by Tommy although he does appear guilty of drinking the cool-aid Tice and Harmon were serving talking up how Mannion can cut out the middle of the field to fit Hurts' abilities. Which would be a terrible thing, and more of the same.

https://igglesblitz.com/

He talks about how he wasnt doing well in Alabama's pro style offense and went to Oklahoma where they ran the air raid. Surprising how Kingsbury never seems high on their list when thats the only offense Hurts turly looks good in.

Interesting parallel drawn between Hurts and Cunningham regarding coachability. Tommy says Hurts is more coachable, but I dont think we know that. We assumed that until little by little more comes out about him being resistant to coaching over the years...

Hold on - are the 6ers and Flyers playing at the same time tomorrow?

Not just 76ers and Flyers but also the Phillies. Time to make a hedge bet parlay

$20 says the Eagles make some kind of roster move on Saturday night

What has come out and from whom? There are now 5 ex-OCs and 1 ex-HC from his NFL days. Which of them has said something verifying that?

I'd like to submit as evidence contradicting that notion that Hurts was widely doubted upon entering the NFL by critics that said he didn't have an NFL arm, was too inaccurate (which they also claimed wasn't something that could be fixed) and relied on bad mechanics. There were claims he was a RB playing QB and a gimmick player at best like Taysom Hill. People predicted that several different QBs on our roster would take his job over (sometimes, "by the 1st 3 weeks of the season." ) Well ... since that time he has proved to be capable of being a top 10 QB, improved his mechanics, demonstrated an NFL arm, greatly improved his accuracy and has been SB MVP once, played in two, and has been in the league MVP conversation more than once ... in just 6 seasons. Either the critics were all idiots or he is obviously coachable.

Such annoying scheduling. I was hoping the Flyers game wouldn't be until Sunday.

Jurgen's injury occurred in 2024 and Dickerson got hurt in training camp.

The play calling was bad, but we are about one step away from blaming AIDS, inflation, the straight of hormuz, and global warming on Patullo's playcalling.

Everyone but Steen was banged up all year. The constant inside runs into 7-8 man fronts with 5 blockers is a huge part of why the health deteriorated on the OL.

You know what else is cool about playoff hockey? How the Flyers have never lost a playoff series to the Penguins since Crosby was drafted (ACCORDING TO YOU) despite the fact that they lost to them in 2008, 2009, and 2018 and Crosby was drafted in 2005.

Wrong - Hockey didn't exist in Philadelphia until 2020

I understand that, but there has always been time value degradation. Always.

Technically the 2029 1st is equal value to the 2027 3rd.

'I think that is not accurate. What is the rationale behind that thought? Is the qualtify of the player at in the 3rd round of 2027 going to be better than the quality of the player in a 2029 1st?

Wonder if we will get the Boston fan ref for game 7 again.

You don't know what a Boston fanboy ref is unless you watched Mendy Rudolph officiate a game way back in the day. I think he and Red Auerbach were in cahoots.

I've never heard of a league telling a team in the middle of the night you are playing game 1 tomorrow.

The NBC excuse is ridiculous as well because half the people will be watching game 7.

There is a video on Youtube from about four years ago that shows Uar Bernard doing a bunch of basketball drills. The video was apparently made in an attempt to promote him as a basketball prospect to jumpstart a potential career in that sport.

I'm not convinced that he looked seventeen years old in that video.

Yeh she def got that fupa working…and those child bearing hips…

Some people still applying time value of money to NFL picks...which is how we got Jalen Carter and Cooper DeJean because the Saints subscribe to it.

I'm so glad "football guys" still run teams

He's from or was raised in a small town near the capital of Nigeria. I would guess there was a good chance he wasn't born in hosptial or medical facility.

That's why MCW made a lot of sense being 6"3" with the size to cover TEs or play in the box.

Wis is similar in that way.
