Same for Elk.I’ve had Duck be super delicious in a fillet aspect, but terrible in a sausage.🦬🐃🐖Peking duck is good
September 18Sep 18 Some stats for the Eagles offense vs WSH:Were only the second team in the last 25 years to win a game having half as many first downs as their opponent and not forcing a turnover. Eagles had only 10 first downs all game. WSH had 20.Were the only team in the NFL week 1 to not get a first down on first down. Not only that but not a single time on first down did the ball travel beyond the sticks.Only 3 of the Eagles 20 first downs all game were successful plays. So not great. They need to be better on first down. The OL getting healthier can help with that. So can the play calling and scheme. I'm really starting to wonder if Sirianni has more influence than we were let on. We were told this was Mannion's show. Mannion comes here, they're still ultra conservative on first down and Mannion came from a team that ran the fewest number of hitch routes in the NFL last year for the Eagles to still run a bunch of them week 1.

The texture of the meat never quite makes for a good burger though, but I'm biased in that if I'm making burgers, I would just rather buy real beef instead of trying to emulate it. No bison, no turkey, no venison, just beef.

We got all our meat out in one load, then cold storage, straight to processor. My preferred processor is 3 hours drive away but worth it because he does good work. He uses quality beef fat for burger grind and good spices on his chorizo and hot breakfast sausage (tastes like Jimmy Dean). I also really like how he wraps the meat in plastic wrap before butcher paper. It keeps so much better. We have been eating elk and oryx that has been in freezer for 2 years and it still tastes great.

September 18Sep 18 Eagles-31Titans-13@mattwillEagles toss around the franchise that still has AJ Brown & Mike Vrabel stink on them. Expect the offense to be more functional, with Kendall fitting in like a hand in glove, especially in the running game.Tank with 50 total yards or moreHollywood Brown with a long TD@Bacarti💩 💩 💩
