If anyone can simply win here I expected to see more wins for guys who play when Jalen doesn’t. Clearly that is not what happens.

To be honest I believe Nick Sirianni’s job is more in jeopardy than Jalen’s. I mean they have brought in a guy who runs a completely different system than Nick and basically said it’s his show. Nick doesn’t run the defense or the offense now. If this goes sideways who would be to blame? If this is successful who would be to blame? Do they simply let this new successful OC simply walk out the door? Then what happens? Do they reinstall Nick’s system? How many years can the Eagles operate under that type of uncertainty?

I doubt Nick can survive a losing season which is something he's never had, but the demand and expectations are high in Philly and despite having a double digit win season, they way the ended the season was a disappointment. I can't seeing him survive even a winning season if they fail to make the playoffs or go out early.

June 4Jun 4 I don't see a scenario where we disappoint enough to fire Sirianni and retain Mannion. Who expects Mannion to be "the next guy?" If he does a great job with the offense, it will look good for Sirianni. If he doesn't, he either gets replaced like some of his predecessors or the Eagles consider cleaning house. I feel like some of the same people defending Jalen from the weird kind of hate he faces are directing that same weird hate toward Sirianni --- you know ... saying, "I can't wait until he's gone."
June 4Jun 4 People also have a belief that they can just draft a new QB as if that's a lock to be a great pick. Look at the list of QBs taken in the first 3 rounds of the draft since after they drafted Hurts (the 2020 class of course had Burrow, Herbert and Love and Tua as well). National football analysts have been talking for years now about the quality of QBs coming out of college. Look at the state of the NFL, the QB position isn't what it used to be. A lot of these guys have been benched or moved to other teams as well.2021Round 1 — Trevor LawrenceRound 1 — Zach WilsonRound 1 — Trey LanceRound 1 — Justin FieldsRound 1 — Mac JonesRound 2 — Kyle TraskRound 3 — Kellen MondRound 3 — Davis Mills2022Round 1 — Kenny PickettRound 3 — Desmond RidderRound 3 — Malik WillisRound 3 — Matt Corral2023Round 1 — Bryce YoungRound 1 — C.J. I’m just pointing out that the team moved from an offense he didn’t run. That’s an interesting development to me.

We've had a few guys leave (some disgruntled) and none have, to date, suggested Sirianni was a problem or didn't have the players' respect. I get it ... Nick isn't perfect and he has done things that are weird or immature for a HC. Like any coach, though, he has to grow and learn from mistakes and failures. Sirianni isn't an innovative, concept style coach. He's a culture coach with an emphasis on competition and maximizing the strengths of the team. It actually works well to have OCs and DCs that are responsible for the respective results. Players are more likely to stay knowing the HC isn't going to be all new. So far all the quotes I've read from players seem to support Sirianni. So that's why he's here and why a CEO HC isn't such a bad thing. Even when the HC is responsible for an offensive system (like AR was), assistant coaches still get poached by other teams.

June 5Jun 5 The problem with the Siri lickers is a complete and total failure of understanding reality. This is the scumbag who forced Patullo on the team and then refused to move on from him.Siri single-handedly destroyed the 2025 Eagles.Only this human garbage combo of Siri/Patullo could keep putting Calc out to lead block whiff over and over again.Siri was castrated after 2023. He was a joke.Fangio runs the D.Moore ran the 2024 offense.Howie gets the players.Lurie sets the culture.Big Dom keeps people in line.Siri basically yelled a lot at fans.He did not add to the culture in 2024, Saquon did that.He did not make Jalen professional. He always was.He did ZERO to motivate or reign in AJ Brown.Siri gets an F for 2023. He gets a Z-- for 2025. He is twice the joke he was in 2023.Your impotent rage against Hurts means nothing against us seeing that Siri is a joke.Barry Switzer was a grade Z moron in the NFL and he still won because everything else was in place. That is who Siri is. An idiot with everything else in place around him. This whole debate is fans who use their eyes and brains vs. drooling imbeciles.
June 5Jun 5 The 2022 Eagles offense could have been an all-time great squad. That pathetic moron kept shutting them down way too early week after week.We raged against it in the game day threads over and over again.AJ would have been OPYHurts would have been MVPDeVonta would have been in the pro bowl.Siri stopped all of that by being a complete and total idiot. He took time at a press conference to insult us for using our eyes to see that Gannon was a useless a-hole.Good QBs put up 130+ ratings on this D on repeat. He attacked us for it. He was a complete PoS.He was 100% wrong. Gannon was and is a complete joke.
June 6Jun 6 Manning had 3 TDs to 7 picks on his only legit still QB1 SB win. Odd how no one cries about defense carrying him.His RBs ran for 190 in that SB at 4.8 a pop.2 TDs to 1 pick on the other one when the D made Fashion Fool Newton afraid to go after a fumble.16 TDs to 13 picks in his 4 SB years. His D held teams under 20 in 8 of 9 games to get to those 4 SBs. Under 10 in 3 of them.Weird how only the guy you hate because yo are broken inside has this "a defense plays with him" loser crybaby complaint.Hurts had 8 TDs to 1 pick plus 10 rushing TDs in his 2 SB runs. He has 11 TDs 3 picks and 10 rushing TDs with a 6-4 record overall. Its hard to find lots of QBs better at this age. (through 27)Early Montana was 13 to 9 in his first 2 before Rice (age 28 for the 2nd). God tier older Montana was 19 to 1. Brees (8-0) was already 30 after 5 years of failure in San Diego.Aikman was 8-0 in his first incredible run but 5-3 the next then 4-1 at age 29. He did almost nothing in regular seasons.Mahomes was 26 to 7 in his first 3 but that was 5 to 6 in SBs and 22 to 1 vs the AFC.Rodgers 9-2 included an even match QB slop duel with Caleb Hanie until BJ Raji saved Green Bay.Allen was 5-5 in the playoffs through age 27 with great numbers 24 TDs 7 picks and 5 rushing TDsLamar is 3-5 in the playoffs through age 27 with 10 TDs 7 picks and 3 rushing TDs3-3 Marino had 13 TDs to 10 picks. He was humiliated in his SB. He sucked.2-2 Elway had 5 TDs 7 picks and 2 rushing TDs. He was humiliated in his SB.Turns out Jalen Hurts is not perfect, just HoF level elite. How will this NFL legend ever survive with out a WR1 who jogs in a straight line and quits on routes? He will thrive like he has for the last 10 years.
June 6Jun 6 Justin Herbert is a complete joke.0-3 in the playoffs with 2 TDs and 4 picks. He is the same age as Hurts. He is a 25 TDs a year dude the last 4. His stats years were 5 and 6 years ago.Hurts put up 138 TDs the last 4 years, 34 1/2 per year.Herbert is nothing compared to Hurts.Dak has 2 seasons of 10+ wins during Hurts' career.Burrow has 2 seasons of 10+ wins during Hurts' career.Goff has 2 seasons of 10+ wins during Hurts' career.Lawrence has 1 season of 10+ wins in 5 tries.Hurts has 4 in a row, including 2 with morons at OC with an idiot head coach.
