When was the last time any team in our division swept the rest of the East? We're definitely going to lose a dumb game to the giants or cowboys along the way at some point.

2017 when the Eagles rested their starters against Dallas was the closest.  Still the division games were close at times.  I think it may have been 2004.  I suppose our revenge was last season when they didn't rest their starters against us.

He was in Miami. He got a nice tan.

I think this upcoming game has 'let down game' potential.  It snagged the Chiefs this week.  It nabbed the Chargers.   It could strike the Eagles.

We'll find out if this team is smelling itself this week.

Jacksonville has back to back wins by 28 and 24 points. They just hung 38 up against the Chargers and shut out Indy last week. No one is sleeping on them.

From a resorces vs. resources perspective I agree with you.  However, it is very hard to imagine turning down the opportunity to get such an accomplished and skilled player.

Howies track record in the draft, especially the 1st round says make that trade 100/100 times and don’t look back

@Connecticut Eagle

This is a nice little sequence of Seumalo blocking Daron Payne, who's a load, one-on-one. This is the pass to Calcaterra on the first possession of the third quarter. The Eagles have Calcaterra and Goedert on their right side. You can see that Kelce is going to help Opeta. Seumalo is one-on-one with Payne.

The Eagles are doubling Sweat (#90) and Allen (#93). Seumalo and Mailata are one-on-one. Payne is trying for the A gap.

Seumalo shoves Payne three yards off the hash. Hurts has a huge throwing lane to Calcaterra.

Eagles 29, JAX 20

Bonus -- defense gets 2 INT; Howie and Doug both take credit for drafting Hurts during the week

This current situation should be a coaching staff’s dream, 3-0 with two easy wins.  But a ton to work on.  Pass rush, tackling and run gap assignments after week 1. Goal line play calling and second half offense after these past two weeks.  There is a lot to clean up and they can get better.  Hard for them to rest on their laurels.

Agreed 100%.  Not only a coaching staff's dream, but also a fan's dream.

That was a really pretty play to watch in person.  we were in the end zone behind the play, and the route Calcaterra ran was a thing of beauty.  Hurts going through his progressions was awfully nioce as well.  I don't think Calcaterra was his first read.
