Eagles have Jameson Williams and Jordan Davis way ahead of everyone else on the board. Jermaine Johnson isn't considered because of character, Kyle Hamilton is slightly downgraded due to positional value. Williams come off the board at 12. Let's say you take your 55% chance and you're wrong. Hamilton at 13. Davis at 14. Would you feel good about the lesser player at 15 and the day 3 picks? I wouldn't. I think 2nd round is going to be good value for a lot of those qbs that sone thought would go first. If there is one of those guys that drops to the 3rd I could see Howie taking a QB there.
