That home plate ump clearly hard it.  You're not gonna get than on replay so you shouldn't be able to change that live call. 

During the game I thought it was unfair that they were reviewing it and with the angles TV had I was surprised it stood.

You can call holding, block in the back, etc.

I don't need the photographic evidence of the bat striking the glove.  Realmuto's immediate reaction, the umpire's immediate reaction and the Braves' catcher's reaction tells the story.  The 3 closest to the situation all know it happened.  Nothing else matters.  But, as it turned out, that run was meaningless.  So, obviously that will be the focus in discussing the game.   But, we will gloss over the classless Braves fans that actually woke up from their stupor for a few minutes to toss garbage onto the field.

Right. I wonder how many guys got hurt during the times we ran it? I can't recall one time, whether on the opposing defense or our team.

It's not unknown for that to happen as it depends on match ups and who they've had on this year already. But if there is nothing else on, they can always use Main Event for one game, and NFL for the other until the early one is done with.  The F1 should be done and that is all I can think that Sky will be live broadcasting at that time.

But yeah No confidence in Sky to think laterally.

I watched a couple hours of college games yesterday and I counted at least 5x that ball carriers were pushed in the pile.  Pushing the pile with the ball carrier in it has been around forever.

It happened on TNF and Al Michaels was purring over it, after spitting the dummy out about the shove  a few mins earlier.  My guess is the Cowboys used the play a lot, the whining would be less
